1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect at the time of delivery
  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the item
  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, with all accessories and documentation

2. Non‑Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or physically damaged products (unless faulty on delivery)
  • Software, digital products, or activated licenses
  • Clearance or promotional items (unless stated otherwise)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact Snaphub Zambia customer support with your order number and reason for return
  2. Our team will assess and provide return instructions
  3. Approved items must be returned in original condition

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item
  • Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method or store credit
  • Processing time may take 7–14 business days

5. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered.

6. Delivery Costs

  • Return delivery costs may be covered by Snaphub if the item is faulty or incorrect
  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping in other cases
